Secure Select Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC077967.

Data we collect

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, message content, and your responses to our online security assessment. We do not collect data from your SecureCore appliance; all security data stays on your premises.

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and general device and browser information. This is not used to identify you, and it is never collected before you agree. Google acts as our processor and may process this data outside the UK under the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We retain it for no longer than 14 months. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide support, send product updates (with consent), and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

Our lawful bases are: your consent, for analytics cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time; legitimate interests, for responding to business enquiries and securing the site; and contract, where we are delivering a service you have engaged us for.
