This policy explains what we store on your device when you visit this website, why, and how to change your mind. It covers this website only. Your SecureCore appliance does not send us data and is not covered here.

Essential cookies

These are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They cover session management, security tokens and remembering your cookie choice itself. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations these are exempt from consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages people read and which of our services they look at. This tells us what to improve. It is not used for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles or to identify you personally.

Google Analytics sets two cookies on your device: _ga and _ga_<stream>, both lasting up to two years. They hold a randomly generated identifier used to recognise a returning browser. If you decline, neither cookie is set and the Google Analytics script is never loaded at all, so nothing is sent to Google.

Where consent is given, the data controller for that processing is Secure Select Ltd and Google acts as our processor. IP addresses are used to derive an approximate location and are not stored by Google Analytics. Google may process this data outside the UK, under the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months. We have advertising features and Google Signals switched off, and we do not share the data with other Google services.

Our lawful basis is your consent: regulation 6 of PECR for storing the cookies, and Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR for the processing that follows.

Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or third-party tracking. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Changing your choice

You can accept or refuse analytics cookies at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as agreeing. Nothing on this site is withheld if you decline.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics across all sites.
